Book a drop-in class 

A single drop-in class is the £30 regardless of the chosen language.

If you're based in Europe, we accept payment in euros in accordance with the current conversion rate (as of Nov 2024 it's €36 / hour).

At the moment, Fluentry specialises in 1:1 tutoring, so you will not be joining a group. That way you will get tailored, bespoke approach, with full teacher's attention.

If you already have a friend who is interested, you can choose to bring someone to study with you, and you both get a discount!

Absolutely! That's one of the best things about online language classes - you can book from anywhere in the world.

Our working hours are based on UTC+1 time zone, so for UK and Europe-based learners, it should be easy to adjust. The hours are flexible, and you will see them on the Booking page. The page automatically adapts to your time zone.

We accept payments in GBP and EUR, and easy international payments. 

We certainly do, and they're a bargain too! Purchasing a class package is a great way to get your classes with a discount, and keep the same flexibility while booking.

Class pack 4 classes: £100 (£20 discount) • use within 6 weeks from booking

Class pack 6 classes: £150 (£30 discount) • use within 9 weeks from booking

Class pack 8 classes: £200 (£40 discount)  • use within 12 weeks from booking

We do not offer a free trial class, but you can check out our resources to see our teaching style. 

We do offer a DISCOUNTED TRIAL CLASS for only  £15 (first time only, one per person). 

You will get a payment link prior to your class. It will go ahead only after we have received your payment.
We accept payment in GBP and EUR, with easy and secure online payment options.

Refunds for single classes are accepted for classes cancelled more than 24h before the class start. 

Classes that have been fully booked and confirmed (i.e. the payment has been received) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
We also offer simple and easy reschedule option which might be preferable instead of fully cancelling.

All our teachers are experiened lecturers with a PhD level qualification and active reseach profile. For your first booking, you will be matched with a teacher based on the availability.

Whilst all our staff is not only experienced, but also highly rated by students, we understand that you might have different preferences, and not everyone clicks! We will be happy to match you with a different teacher if you request it, no questions asked.

If you are a completely new student, please fill out the enrolment form on this website. You will tell us about your language preference, level, goals and everything else that might be relevant there.

If you accidentally booked your first class without enrolling, no worries. We will remind you over email with the link. The class can still go ahead on the condition that you enrol before the class start and the payment is received.

Fluently currently mainly operates as an online language institute, but no worries! We are happy to accommodate such requests, as long as it’s in or within reasonable distance from Manchester.

You will have the opportunity to tell us if you'd prefer to learn in person via your enrolment form. You can also get in touch any time if your preference changes.

Special offer: No extra charge for in-person classes in central Manchester (Zone 1-2) area.

Absolutely! If you’d like to take lessons with one more person, we will offer a 25% discount on your drop-in or class pass for both participants.

In case of using the class pass, you have to take all your lessons together. If only one participant is unable to join, the class will still be taken from their pass. Duration and other policies apply equally.

If you’d like to book lessons for more than two people, or have other questions, please get in touch. We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you never had a class with us, we will ask you to fill out the enrolment form first. You can find it above the booking link, but no worries if you missed it - we’ll send it to you before your first class.
